What is it?

Myotherapy, also known as muscular therapy, involves assessing muscular injuries and dysfunctions, applying various physical techniques to alleviate pain, and facilitating the rehabilitation of soft tissues and their root causes. The primary goals of Myotherapy are to enhance muscular strength and flexibility while reducing pain.

This form of therapy is beneficial for treating a wide range of injuries and conditions caused by strains, sprains, occupational stress, poor posture, recreational activities, emotional stress, improper ergonomics, faulty biomechanics, muscular imbalances, traumatic injuries, overuse, or chronic neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders.

These conditions often manifest through symptoms such as generalized aches, headaches, neck or back pain, stiffness in joints, neurological issues, or decreased flexibility.
