They can educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise no matter what your current level is.
All our trainers are passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive and comfortable environment for all of our clients - every body is different, and we understand that no program is one size fits all.
You have the option of attending 1:1 or bringing a friend for 1:2. Sessions run for either 30 or 60 minutes.
